Yoshie with her husband Tony
Yoshie Hughes was born in Japan and came to Australia in 1996 for a working holiday where she ended up starting a new family.
She visited the art gallery in Broadbeach one day in 2011 where she met Kevin, and started coming to his class since then.
Being a mother of three and working part time, Yoshie still manages to find time to paint, which she finds extremely calming and enjoyable. Through her paintings, Yoshie tries to express warmness and gentleness of nature.
